Sales & Account Manager

Description

The Sales & Account Manager position involves managing a portfolio of roughly 30 current and prospective national and regional nonprofit clients. In addition to their sales and account management responsibilities, Sales & Account Managers work closely with Product Managers and the Client Data Services Team to ensure that our products and services are meeting client needs and expectations.

Nature of Work

  • Identify, manage and sell predictive modeling and analytic services to a portfolio of national/regional clients and prospective clients
  • Assess client needs and recognize opportunities for enhanced services and sales
  • Research and communicate new services ideas and enhancements to existing services
  • Take a leadership role in client meetings and conference calls, as well as internal strategic meetings
  • Conduct sales presentations for active and prospective clients
  • Present at collaborative benchmarking sessions and industry conferences
  • Participate in internal forecasting and management of revenue goals for market
  • Limited travel required

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of client services experience managing multi-service relationships
  • Solid knowledge of concepts and techniques for non-profit fundraising and direct mail/marketing
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Growing knowledge of industry changes as it impacts direct mail delivery and client business
  • Growing knowledge of fundraising concepts beyond direct mail
