Available Position
Account Executive - Higher Education Market
This Account Executive position involves working directly with current and prospective higher education clients to manage their business relationships. In addition to their sales and marketing efforts, Account Executives work closely with Product Managers and Data Analysts to ensure that we are meeting client needs and expectations.
Nature of Work:
- Manage a portfolio of roughly 50 existing accounts and support new sales opportunities
- Execute specific tasks associated with client deliverables based on direction from Sales Director & Account Manager
- Interact and communicate daily with clients and service teams (Product Managers, Client Data Services, Benchmarking Services, etc.) to ensure project flow, timelines and deliverables
- Monitor scheduled work and timelines
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls, as well as internal strategic meetings
Required Experience:
- Basic knowledge of concepts and techniques for non-profit fundraising and direct mail/marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good client services instincts and ability to work well with others
- Good problem solving skills and ability to analyze situations or data from which answers can be obtained regarding program delivery
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through and ability to handle multiple priorities
- 1-2 years of professional experience
